【近年来获得的学术科研成果】 攻读博士期间,先后参加了宁文教授课题组的多项基金课题的研究,利用Fstl1敲除小鼠模型并建立肺纤维化动物模型,以Fstl1为切入点研究多种信号通路在肺发育和损伤发生过程中的调控机制。相关成果分别发表于Proc Natl Acad Sci USA (2011)及J Exp Med (2015)。2015/07 - 2017/08,进入美国洛杉矶西达-赛奈医疗中心(Cedars-Sinai Medical Center),Paul Noble和Dianhua Jiang(蒋典华)课题组进行博士后培训,运用原代细胞培养、人源化小鼠模型、RNA-seq、单细胞RNA测序、单细胞蛋白印迹等技术研究特发性肺纤维化(IPF)发病机制,合作发表1篇Nature Medicine。2011年6月进入到江南大学许正宏教授及史劲松教授团队后,围绕脏器纤维化发病机制及其营养调控等内容进行了较为深入的研究。作为项目负责人共申报成功并主持7项省部级科研项目,包括国家自然科学基金面上项目2项、国家自然科学基金青年项目1项等。 【近年来主要研究课题】 [1] 脱硫弧菌通过肠肝轴诱导肝纤维化的机制研究(31970746)、国家自然科学基面上项目 [2] Fstl1在肝纤维化进展和消退过程肝星状细胞命运决定中的作用(31771514)、国家自然科学基面上项目 [3] Fstl1在肝纤维化以及Antrodin B抑制活化的肝星状细胞分泌胞外基质中的分子作用机制(31201020)国家自然科学基金青年基金项目基因组理性设计与氨基酸生产菌种的构建(2012AA022102)国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)子课题
