【近年来获得的学术科研成果】 主要研究方向为:功能性食品添加剂(低聚木糖、甘露糖、苯乳酸、阿魏酸等)及手性药物或精细化工中间体的生物合成及工艺开发;新型酶资源的挖掘、理性改造及应用研究;手性药物或精细化工中间体(β-卤代醇、环氧化物、邻二醇等)的酶法制备。 完成国家、省、校级和企业委托科研项目30余项;指导国家大学生创新性实验计划项目3项、江苏省研究生创新计划项目10余项;江南大学博士研究生科学研究基金项目4项。获全国、协会、市级科技和教学成果奖10余项;获授权或申请技术发明专利30余项;主编和参编论著4部,发表学术论文100余篇,其中Biotechnol Biofuels、Biotechnol Bioeng、J Agric Food Chem、Appl Microbiol Biotechnol、Int J Biol Macromol及J Biotechnol等SCI期刊收录论文50余篇。获得“中国石油与化学工业协会科技进步奖二等奖”、“无锡市具有突出贡献的中青年专家”、“无锡市科学技术奖二等奖”、“江南大学青蓝工程优秀青年骨干教师”和“江南大学2003-2005年度优秀教育工作者”等称号。 【近年来主要研究课题】 1.国家自然科学基金面上项目 (21676117),基于理性设计的新型菜豆环氧化物水解酶定向改造,2017.01-2020.12,在研,主持; 2.国家自然科学基金面上项目 (20776061),碱性脂肪酶热稳定性的生物信息学分析及定点突变,2008.01-2010.12,已结题,主持; 3.国家自然科学基金面上项目 (31271811),基于理性化设计的β-甘露聚糖酶分子定向改造,2013.01-2016.12,已结题,参加; 4.国家自然科学青年基金项目 (31101229),宇佐美曲霉木聚糖酶耐热/耐碱性的分子改造,2012.01-2014.12,已结题,参加。 【近年来主要论文代表作】 1.
